摘要
为探索企业员工个体特征与班组安全绩效的相关联系,提升班组安全绩效水平,以武汉一家冶金企业的250名一线生产员工为样本进行问卷调查。在因子分析与结构方程模型(SEM)基础上,利用所获得的样本数据,加入工作参与和组织支持感2个变量,建立班组安全绩效与企业员工个体特征的关系模型。研究结果表明:参与监督和关心利益2个维度与班组安全绩效显著相关;而参与管理、参与决策、工作支持及价值认同4个维度和班组安全绩效没有显著关系。因此,提高员工参与监督班组管理活动的热情,加大班组对员工利益的关心程度是提升班组安全绩效的有效途径。
For the sake of exploring relationships between individual characteristics of corporate workers and safety performance of team and improving the level of safety performance,250 workers in a certain metallurgical enterprise in Wuhan were enquired by means of questionnaires. Using sample data from the questionnaires,a model was built for relationships between individual characteristics of corporate workers and safety performance of team. Result shows that there is a significant correlation of participating in supervision and caring for interests with safety performance,and that there is no significant correlation of participating in management,participating in decision making,work support,and value identity,with safety performance.
