铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜形成及其与持留菌关系研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌是目前临床感染相当严重的超级细菌之一,其能够形成生物被膜和产生持留菌,相关感染的临床治疗药物匮乏。本文综述生物被膜形成调控因素以及持留菌形成条件,并简单阐述两者之间的相互作用。 Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of superbugs causing serious clinical infection, which is lack of clinical drug.The forming biofilm and persister bacteria are the key factors responsible for its treatment difficulty. This review introduces thecontrol factors of biofilm formation, the persister bacteria formation, and the interaction relationship between them.
