耐甲氧西林金葡菌致病因子研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress on the virulence factors in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA)是一种重要的人类病原体。过去MRSA感染仅在医院中发生,近年来MRSA开始向社区和畜牧养殖场蔓延。本文简要介绍与MRSA相关的致病因子,综述其中研究较多的4种毒力因子(Sas X蛋白、杀白细胞素、酚溶解调控蛋白和精氨酸分解代谢可动元件)的最新进展。 Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) remains a prominent human pathogen. Usually, MRSA infection is occurred exclusively in hospitals. However, recently MRSA is also occurred in community and livestock farm. To understand the mechanism for enhanced virulence of MRSA can really help to defeat this superbug. This review describes the virulence factors of MRSA, and introduces the recent progress made towards four virulence determinants, which are SasX protein, Panton-Valentine leukocidin(PVL), phenol-soluble modulins (PSM) and arginine catabolie mobile element(ACME).
