右佐匹克隆联合阅读疗法对失眠症患者心理健康与睡眠质量的影响

Effects of dexzopiclone plus bibliotherapy on mental health and sleep quality of insomnia patients

目的：探讨右佐匹克隆联合阅读疗法对失眠症患者心理健康与睡眠质量的影响。方法将68例失眠症患者分为两组，均口服右佐匹克隆，治疗组联合阅读疗法治疗，观察12周。治疗前后采用症状自评量表评定心理健康状况，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评定睡眠质量。结果失眠症患者症状自评量表总分与匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分呈显著正相关（P＜0．01）；治疗组治疗各时点症状自评量表总分、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、附加因子分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分、各因子分均显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01），治疗12周末治愈率显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05）。对照组在治疗第12周匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分有回升趋势。结论睡眠质量与心理健康状况密切相关，两者相互作用、相互影响，右佐匹克隆联合阅读疗法能显著改善失眠症患者的心理健康状况和睡眠质量，疗效持久，优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective To explore the effects of dexzopiclone plus bibliotherapy on mental health and sleep quality of insomnia patients .Methods Sixty‐eight insomnia patients were assigned to two groups ,both groups took orally dexzopiclone ,and treatment group was plus bibliotherapy for 12 week .Mental health conditions were assessed with the Symptom Checklist‐90 （SCL‐90） and sleep qualities with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） before and after treatment .Results The total scores of the PSQI of insomnia patients were positively related to that of the SCL‐90 （P〈 0 .01）;the total ,somatization ,depression , anxiety and additional factor score of the SCL‐90 as well as the total and each factor of the PSQI at each time‐point were significantly lower （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） and cure rate was higher at the end of the 12th week （P〈0 .05） in treatment than in control group .The total score of the PSQI tended to upwards in the 12th week in control group .Conclusion Sleep quality is closely related to mental health status ,they influence each other ,dexzopiclone plus bibliotherapy could notably improve mental health status and sleep quality of insomnia patients and its curative effect is durable compare with single medication .
