家庭联合社区护理干预对老年精神分裂症伴躯体疾病患者康复的影响

Effects of family plus community nursing intervention on rehabilitation of senile schizophrenia with somatic diseases

目的：探讨家庭联合社区护理干预对老年精神分裂症伴躯体疾病患者康复的影响。方法将200例老年精神分裂症伴有躯体疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组100例，两组患者出院后按医嘱予以抗精神药物及躯体疾病常规治疗，观察组在此基础上由临床护理人员对患者及家属进行家庭联合社区护理干预，观察2a。采用健康状况调查表、家庭功能评定量表和社会支持量表测评两组康复效果。结果家庭联合社区护理干预2a后，观察组健康状况调查表、社会支持量表总分及各维度分显著高于对照组，家庭功能评定量表总分及各维度分显著低于对照组，差异均有极显著性（P＜0．01）。结论家庭联合社区护理干预能显著提高老年精神分裂症伴躯体疾病患者的社会功能和生活质量，改善患者与家属的关系，促进患者更好地回归社会。

Objective To explore the effects of family plus community nursing intervention on rehabilita‐tion of senile schizophrenia with somatic diseases .Methods A total of 200 senile schizophrenics with so‐matic diseases were randomly assigned to observation and control group of 100 ones each ,both groups re‐ceived routine treatment for schizophrenia and somatic diseases according to medical order after discharge , on this basis family plus community nursing intervention was given by clinical nurses to patients and their relatives ,they were observed for 2 years .Rehabilitation outcomes were assessed with the Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire （SF‐36） ,Family Assessment Device （FAD）and Social Support Scale （SSS） . Results After 2 year family plus community nursing intervention the total and each factor scores of the SF‐36 and SSS were significantly higher and those of the FAD lower in observation than in control group , differences very significant （ P〈0 .01 ） .Conclusion Family plus community nursing intervention could notably boost social functioning and quality of life of senile schizophrenia with somatic diseases ,improve the relationship between patients and relatives ,and promote patients’ return to society well .
