团体心理治疗对中学生网络成瘾及心理健康的影响

The Effect of group psychotherapy on internet addiction and mental health of secondary school students

目的：探讨团体心理治疗对中学生网络成瘾及心理健康的影响。方法对1600名中学生采用Young氏网络成瘾诊断问卷进行网络成瘾筛查，得分≥5分判定为网络成瘾。将网络成瘾学生随机分为两组，研究组予以团体心理治疗，对照组不予以任何干预，观察8周。于治疗前后采用Young氏网络成瘾诊断问卷、症状自评量表评定干预效果。结果本组中学生网络成瘾率为3．7％。治疗前两组网络成瘾学生各量表评分比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）；治疗后研究组Young氏网络成瘾诊断问卷、症状自评量表评分均较治疗前显著降低（P＜0．01），对照组虽有降低但差异无显著性，研究组显著低于对照组（ P＜0．05或0．01）。治疗后研究组脱瘾率为53．6％，对照组为7．1％，研究组显著高于对照组（ P＜0．01）。结论团体心理治疗能显著提高网络成瘾中学生的心理健康水平，改善其成瘾行为，降低网络成瘾性，有利于网络成瘾的矫治。

Objective To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on internet addiction and mental health of secondary school students .Methods Internet addiction screenings were carried out with the Young’s 8‐item Diagnostic Questionnaire of Internet Addiction （IAD‐DQ ） in 1600 secondary school students ,those with score ≥ 5 were diagnosed as internet addiction .Internet addiction students were randomly assigned to two groups ,research group received group psychotherapy and control group didn’t receive any interven‐tions ,and they were observed for 8 weeks .Intervention results were assessed with the IAD‐DQ and Symp‐tom Checklist‐90 （SCL‐90） before and after treatment .Results The internet addiction rate of the students was 3 .7% .There were no significant group differences in each scale score before treatment （P〉0 .05）;after treatment the IAD‐DQ and SCL‐90 score lowered more significantly in research group （P〈0 .01） , those did but differences weren’t significant in control group ,those were significantly lower in research than in control group （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） .After treatment The withdrawal rate was respectively 53 .6% in research and 7 .1% in control group ,the former significantly higher than the latter （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion Group psychotherapy could significantly boost mental health level of secondary school students ,improve addictive psychological behavior ,reduce netw ork addiction and is advantageous to the correction of internet addiction .
