摘要
目的:探讨医学生焦虑水平与社会支持的相关性。方法对350名医学生采用焦虑自评量表、领悟社会支持量表进行测评分析。结果不同性别、生源地、恋爱状况医学生焦虑自评量表总分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);女生领悟社会支持量表评分显著高于男生(P<0.01),恋爱学生领悟社会支持量表总分及其他支持维度分显著低于未恋爱学生(P<0.01)。医学生焦虑自评量表总分与领悟社会支持量表总分及家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持维度分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论医学生焦虑水平与社会支持状况存在显著负相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between anxiety and social sup‐port of medical students .Methods Assessments were carried out with the Self‐Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS) in 350 medical students .Results There were no signifi‐cant differences in the total score of the SAS among students with different genders ,origins and love con‐ditions (P〉0 .05);the PSSS score was significantly higher in female than in male students (P〈0 .01) , the total and other support score were significantly lower in students in love than in ones without love (P〈0 .01) .The total score of the SCL‐90 was negatively related to the total ,family support ,friend sup‐port and other support score of the PSSS significantly (P〈0 .01) .Conclusion Anxiety levels of medical students were negatively related to social support status significantly .
