社交技能训练对精神分裂症患者康复的影响

The effect of social skill training on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨社交技能训练对精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组30例。两组均维持原抗精神病药治疗，研究组在此基础上联合社交技能训练，观察24周（住院12周，随访12周）。于治疗前后采用阳性与阴性症状量表、住院精神病人康复评定量表及自知力与治疗态度问卷评定精神症状、康复效果及自知力，同期统计治疗依从性。结果治疗后两组阳性与阴性症状量表总分及各因子分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01），住院精神病人康复评定量表总分较治疗前显著升高（P〈0．05或0．01），两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05或0．01）。治疗后两组自知力及治疗依从性均不断改善，研究组显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论社交技能训练能提高精神分裂症患者的自知力及治疗依从性，改善患者的社会功能，促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of social skill training on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Methods Sixty schizophrenics were randomly divided into two groups of 30 ones each. Both groups maintained original antipsychotic treatment, on this basis research group was plus social skill training for 24 weeks （both groups were hospitalized for 12 weeks and followed up for 12 weeks）. Before and after treatment mental symptoms, rehabilitation outcomes and insights were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS）, Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale （IPROS） and Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire （ITAQ）, and treatment compliances added up in the corresponding period. Results After treatment the total and each factor scores of the PANSS of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.01）, the IPROS total scores of both groups heightened more significantly （P〈0.05 or 0.01）, there were significant group differences （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. After treatment insight and treatment compliance of both groups improved unceasingly, so did those in research than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Social skills training could boost schizophrenics＇ insight and treatment compliance, improve patients＇ social function, and promote patients＇ recovery.
