精神科危机管理视角下临床护理教学资源库的建设与应用

摘要 精神科危机状态是患者最严重的临床症状,易造成严重的不良后果和医患纠纷,传统的危机事件临床护理教学模式已不能满足当前精神医学医患双方的共同需求,教学方法亟待创新。我们借鉴以问题为导向学习和以案例为基础学习的教学模式,以危机事件的发生、发展和处置为导向,标准化病人、临床教师、学习者等以不同角色共同参与,模拟各种危机事件,并制作成视频文件,建立模拟教学资源库,利用模拟的危机状态临床场景,使学习者对危机状态身临其境,主动参与和互动学习相互配合,提高学习效果和学习积极性。 Psychiatric crisis state (OCS) is the most serious clinical symptoms , it's easy to cause serious adverse consequences and doctor-patient disputes, the traditional clinical nursing teaching mode of crisis events cannot meet the common demand of both psychiatric doctors and patients, it needs to be innovated urgently. Drawing on problem based learning (PBL) and case based learning (CBL), using the occurrence, development and disposal of crisis events as the guidance, under the common participation of standardized patients, clinical teachers and learners with different roles and simulating various kinds of crisis events, we have made video file and set up analogue instructional resources library so that learners can personally on the scene of crisis state, actively participate and interaetively learn to improve learning effect and learning enthusiasm using analogue clinical scene of crisis state.
