摘要
通过求解流动注射分析(FIA)体系的对流-扩散方程,得到了塞状进样在管道中分散后的浓度-距离分布公式,得出了延长进样时间即可得到吸光度信号平台且平台高度与浓度成正比的FIA定量依据。并在自制的流动注射分析仪上采用平台高度定量法测定了南京地区几个代表性水域水样总磷的含量。结果表明:相对于国标法,本文方法对几种水样中总磷的测出率为96.5%~98.5%,且相对标准偏差更小,准确性和重现性均好,该法具有较高的可行性并对FIA具有较高的理论和应用价值。
The convection-diffusion equation of flow injection analysis(FIA) system was solved to obtain a formula for expressing the sample distribution in flow path. Results showed that a signal platform would appear if sampling time was prolonged and the height of the platform was directly proportional to the concentration.Total phosphorus in several typical water samples of Nanjing were determined by using a self-made FIA instrument,and accounted for 96. 5% to 98. 5% showed that compared with the national standard methods and the standard deviation,the accuracy and the reproducibility in the method were better.
