以国际评鉴为契机 促进音乐课程建设

Taking International Evaluations as an Opportunity to Promote the Construction of Music Program

积极参与国际专业评鉴,取得国际认可资质,提升办学吸引力;同时以参与国际评鉴为契机,完善管理制度、改革课程设置,促进系所自我完善,是澳门理工学院艺术高等学校音乐课程主动应对经济全球化与教育市场化挑战的重要举措。该机构在2013年澳门理工学院整体接受英国高等教育质量保证局(QAA)的院校评鉴、2014年单独接受我国台湾高等教育评鉴中心的系所评鉴中均取得优异的成绩,成为澳门地区首家通过这两次国际学术评鉴的专业系所。本文详细介绍了参与这两次国际评鉴的具体内容与措施,对比国内曾流行的"本科评估",回顾与反省高等音乐教育课程建设的成败得失,期待为兄弟院校的改革发展提供一些借鉴与启示。

Macao Polytechnic Institute （MPI） takes many important measures to deal with the challenges of economic globalization and marketization of higher education, such as active participation in international professional evaluation, connection to schools with internationally recognized qualification, the promotion of management system, curriculum reform and self perfection, etc. MPI is Macao＇ s first higher education institution with a successful institutional review by Quality Assurance Agency （QAA）, UK, in 2013. Bachelor of Arts Programme in Music, offered by MPI, has been successfully accredited by Higher Education Evaluation ＆ Accreditation Council of Taiwan （HEEACT） 2014. This thesis describes the specific contents and measures of these two international evaluations, compares them with the once popular ＂undergraduate program assessment＂ in Mainland of China, and reflect on the program construction, looking forward to provide some reference and enlightenment for the reform and development of higher music education.
