摘要
师范生教师职业能力的培养是关系其自身职业发展空间和国家教育发展的关键因素,其发展过程表现为教师人格形成、教师职业初步认同、教师职业技能培养、教师职业志向确定四个阶段。本文从生涯发展理论的角度探讨师范生教师职业能力形成机理及其影响因素,提出师范生教师职业能力发展模型。启示高等师范院校要注重从提升人格魅力、提高职业认同和增强职业技能等方面来努力培养师范生的教师职业能力。
Training of normal students' professional competence is the key factor related to their own professional development space and national educational development. Their development processes are as follows: shaping of teachers' personality, forming of teachers' professional identity, training of professional skills and confirming of teachers' professional ambition. Based on the analysis of vocational development theory, we will discuss the form mechanism and factors of normal students' professional competence development, and explore teachers' vocational ability model of normal students. The great enlightenment of this thesis is that normal school should focus on shaping personality charm, improving professional identity, and enhancing professional skills to train the normal students' professional competence.
