摘要
教师教育是对教师培养与培训的总称。它是指在终身教育理念下,按照教师专业发展的不同阶段,对教师实施职前培养、入职培训和在职研修三个连续的教育过程。法国作为世界上较早接受并实施教师教育专业化发展的国家,到目前为止已经形成了相当成熟和完善的教师培养、培训及考核管理制度,其教师教育改革和发展的成果也成为其他众多国家研究和仿效的对象,因而在世界范围内具有代表性。研究并分析法国教师教育的发展历程,对我国的教师教育有一定的参考意义和借鉴价值。本文梳理和评述了我国学者自1987年特别是近二十年来研究法国教师教育的相关成果,具体包括法国教师教育的历史演变、法国教师教育改革的成功经验及其对我国的启示。同时,也指出了我国有关法国教师教育研究存在的不足。
Teacher education, namely teacher cultivation and training, refers to the three continual education processes--preservice cultivation, entry training and in-service study for teachers under the guidance of lifelong education concept. Implementing teachers' professional development policy from a quite early time, France now boasts a relatively mature and complete system for teacher education and assessment management. Its reform and development set a good example for other countries in the world. Research on teacher education in France provides some reference for us. This thesis reviews some scholars' research achievements in the past 20 years, including teacher education's historical evolution in France, its reform experience as well as enlightenment on us. In addition, the weakness of our research on teacher education is also pointed out.
