摘要
针对目前渤中34-1油田注水开发过程中出现的欠注明显和酸化效果差等问题,综合利用储层岩矿分析、敏感性实验评价、清污配伍性实验评价和水质指标现场监测等分析了渤中34-1油田注水过程中的储层损害机理。研究表明:水源水与地层水配伍性较差,产生钙质垢是目前注水困难的关键因素之一。现场注入速度过大引起速敏性损害,目前的水处理系统悬浮物含量、粒径中值等超标是影响注水效果的重要原因。有针对性地提出了预防储层损害的措施和手段,以改善注水效果,提高注水效率。
Aiming at the currently existing problems such as the obvious insufficient injection and poor acidizing effects, the reservoir damage mechanism during the development process of BZ34-1 oilfield water injection was analyzed by the comprehensively utilizes of the reservoir rock analysis, sensitivity experimental evaluation, remediation compatibility experimental evaluation, onsite water quality indicators monitoring and so on. The study results show that the the calcareous scaling caused by the poor matches of source water with formation water is one of the key factors of the difficulties of water injection. The velocity sensitivity damage caused by the fast on-site injection rate and the exceeding standard of suspended solids content and median grain diameter in current water treatment system were the important reasons affecting water injection effect. The measures and methods to prevent reservoir damage were put forward in order to improve the water injection effect and the efficiency.
