摘要
针对复杂井筒条件下射孔生产完井一体化作业时出现射孔后丢不了枪、提前丢枪、枪掉不到井底等问题,进行剖析,提出技改措施,改进丢枪工具和工艺优化,开展室内模拟试验及现场应用,形成一套功能齐全、性能稳定的丢枪装置及射孔工艺完善方案,运用于各类复杂条件下的射孔测试完井生产施工中,提升在国内外射孔、完井测试服务市场上竞争能力。
Due to the complicated wellbore conditions, when the integration operation for perforating, test, completion, production was applied, the problems emerged, for instance, gun cannot be released after perforating, gun was released early than the schedule and the released gun cannot reach the bottom. This paper analyzed the above problems, put forward technical methods for the device improvement and the process optimization, carried out indoor simulation test and field application. Finally, a complete and reliable set of gun release device and perforating techniques come into being which suit to perforating, test, completion, production operation in most kinds of complicated wellbore conditions. It elevates the competitiveness at home and abroad on perforating, test,completion, production operations.
