摘要
目的:研究活性炭对左氧氟沙星滴眼液质量的影响。方法:在0.3%左氧氟沙星滴眼液中加入不同量的活性炭,过滤、灌封、灭菌后检查。结果:80℃时活性炭对药液中氧氟沙星的吸附作用较强,且随活性炭用量增加使其含量更低,对药液p H值影响较小(p H>0.05)。结论:配制0.3%左氧氟沙星滴眼液,每100m L药液中加入活性炭的量以不超过0.04g为宜。
Objective: To study the influence of activated carbon levofloxacin ophthalmic solution quality. Method: Add the 0. 3% levofloxacin ophthalmic solution in different amounts of activated charcoal,filtered,potting,after sterilization checks. Results: 80 ℃ activated carbon adsorption of the liquid in the ofloxacin strong,and with the increased use of activated carbon to make a lower content,p H value less impact on medicine( p H 0. 05). Conclusion: The preparation of 0. 3% levofloxacin eye drops,the amount of activated carbon per 100 m L of liquid added to no more than 0. 04 g appopriate.
