摘要
基于整车台架、全流稀释系统建立了甲醇车辆醛酮类污染物排放测试技术,通过2,4-二硝基苯肼(2,4-DNPH)吸附剂对醛酮污染物进行采样,采样泵的流量设定为1000m L/min恒定流量,采集时间为轻型车I型冷启动排放测试循环(NEDC)的持续时间1180秒,利用固相萃取技术将醛酮类物质进行定容,利用高效液相分析仪,采用五点外标法进行定性和定量分析。
Based on the test bench and constant volume system( CVS),a method which can test the aldehydes and ketones emission from vehicles fueled with methanol has been established. Aldehydes and ketones were sampled through the air pumps using tube coated with 2,4-dintrophenylhydrazine( DNPH),with flowing rate 1000 m L/min. The sampling time is 1180 seconds which equals the time of type I test driving cycle of new european driving cycle( NEDC). Solid phase extraction technology is used to determine the volume of aldehydes and ketones. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of aldehydes and ketones can be done by using high performance liquid chromatography( HLPC) and five-point mark methods.
