地方高师院校物理教师人才培养的实践教学改革

Practical teaching reform on physics teacher's talent training in local normal universities

根据地方基础教育改革和发展对物理教师人才的需求与学校定位,以未来地方基础教育物理教师所具备的物理学科专业能力和教师教育专业能力培养为目标,构建了"综合素质实践平台、物理学科实践平台和教师教育实践平台"三个模块组成的物理教师教育实践课程体系。以"双师型"导师指导为基础,创新并实施了"全程一贯制实践"教学模式,从教学内容、教学方法、教学基本技能训练、物理媒体应用能力、物理教学反思与研究能力等九个方面着手,将物理师范类专业学生的学科能力和教育教学能力培养融入教育教学的全过程。初步形成了具有地方师范特色的物理教师人才实践培养体系,并取得了显著成效。

With the reform and development in basic education,according to the orientation of our school,to meet the demand of physics teachers,we constructed the practical course system,which stress physics teachers＇ professional capacity and training of teachers education ability. The practical course system is made up of three entities,overall qualities platform of practice,physics platform of practice and teacher education platform of practice. Innovated and practiced the systemic teaching mode,which include teaching content and methods,teaching basic skills,multimedia teaching skills,teaching reconsidering and research skills etc. Training the physics teachers＇ academic abilities and the teaching ability,educating ability,during the process of teaching. Formed a preliminary physics teachers＇ talent training system,remarkable result has been obtained.
