Firstly, the inevitability of traditional broadcasting media and new media convergence development was introduced. And then, the convergence concept of traditional broadcasting media under the background of the Internet plus was elaborated. Finally, from three aspects of social regulations, content management and organizational structure, the converence was supervised. And the convergence of the development of media was promoted.
