亚急性肉芽肿性甲状腺炎伴多处炎性骨破坏PET/CT显像一例

摘要 患者女,38岁,因＂双侧肩部、腰部、右侧髋部疼痛伴活动受限1个月＂入院.患者2012年9月出现不明原因腰部疼痛,呈持续性锐痛,难以忍受,并向右侧髋部放射,后觉双肩部钝痛,呈持续性,但未向双上肢放射,无双上肢麻木.于当地医院诊治,X线检查提示腰椎骨质增生,经镇痛、活血化瘀等药物治疗1周后症状未见好转,于2012年10月29日至本院就诊.
