上颌前牙即刻种植修复8例报道

The report of maxillary anterior teeth with immediate implant in 8 cases

目的：评价上颌前牙区即刻种植联合GBR修复缺牙的美学效果。方法：8位上颌前牙残根无法保留,伴唇侧缺损的患者（男5例,女3例）,年龄18~55岁,接受了骨水平种植即刻修复同期GBR骨增量处理,对其临床疗效进行评价,术前留取口内照片及放射线资料,在术后、修复完成及复查时,观察牙槽骨吸收情况及牙龈情况,询问患者的满意度。结果：接受种植修复的8例患者种植体均存活,有1例出现邻牙唇侧牙龈萎缩,其余牙齿的牙龈稳定,有2例术后牙龈缘位置向冠方增长。种植复查时放射线检查基本与修复时相比无明显变化。结论：在前牙区应用即刻种植的方法可以取得满意的美学效果,是一种较可靠的种植修复方式。

Objective To evaluate the esthetic effect of the lost tooth repaired by immediate implant cmbined with GRB. Methods The residual roots in maxillary an terior zone with labial bone defect of five male and three female,anged grom 18 to 55,have to be extracted.They gt immediate implant with GRB.Then the results were evaluated with CT and the satisfaction of patients. Results All implants were survived,but just one patient was found gingival recessin of adjacent tooth.The CT images changed little compared with pre-operatin. Condusion Immediate implant combined with GRB could be applied to the dental clinical practice in maxillary anterior zone for satisfactory aesthetic effect.
