2940nm像素激光联合红花逍遥片治疗黄褐斑疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:观察低能量2 940nm像素激光联合红花逍遥片治疗黄褐斑的疗效和不良反应。方法:将黄褐斑患者随机分为两组。治疗组:36例,采用短脉宽2 940nm像素激光治疗3次,能量密度600~900J/cm2,每4周1次,同时口服红花逍遥片;对照组:38例,口服红花逍遥片,疗程12周。结果:治疗后第12周,治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为72.22%和47.37%,随访12周,两组有效率为63.89%和39.47%,随访24周,两组的有效率为58.33%和31.58%,治疗组均优于对照组(P〈0.05),两组不良反应无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论:低能量2 940nm像素激光联合红花逍遥片治疗黄褐斑安全、有效。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of 2 940rim lower energy density Pixel laser combined with Honghua xiaoyao tablet for the treatment of melasma. Methods 74 patients were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(36 patients)were received three times consecutive treatments of 2 940nm Pixel laser every 4 weeks,at the same time they were treated with Honghua xiaoyao tablet.But the control group(38 patients)were given Honghua xiaoyao tablet only. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were respectively 72.22% and 47.37%at 12th weeks.Follow-up for 12 weeks the effectiveness rates were 63.89%and 39.47%.And follow-up for 24weeks the effectiveness rates were 58.33% and 31.58% .The statistics from the treatment group are superior to the control group both and there was a significantly statistical difference between two groups(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference of adverse effects rate between two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion lower energy density Pixel Erbium laser combined with Honghua xiaoyao tablet are effective and safe in treatment of melasma.
