RTD纤维桩修复各种牙体缺损的疗效观察

Observation of clinical curative effect of the RTD fiber posts repairing various tooth defect

目的:探讨RTD石英纤维桩修复牙体缺损的临床疗效。方法:对85例(96颗牙)患者行纤维桩修复,观察2年内的临床疗效。结果:RTD石英纤维桩冠成功率96.88%,总失败率是3.12%,桩折1例,桩松、冠松2例,无根折。结论:RTD石英纤维桩修复牙体缺损成功率较高,有良好的生物相容性,操作简单方便,适合在临床中进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of the RTD quartz fiber posts repairing the defect teeth. Methods To repair the 95 defect teeth of 85 people with the fiber posts and to observe the clinical curative in 2 years. Results RTD quartz fiber post crown＇s success rate was 96.88%,the total failure rate was 3.12%, one case＇s pile broken, one case＇s pile loose,one case;scrown loose,no root fracture. Conclusion The success rate of the RTD quartz fiber post repairing the teeth defect is high. The RTD quartz fiber post has good biological compatibility.The operation is simple,convenient and suitable for the further popularization and application in clinical.
