摘要
对比研究了热作模具钢SDCM钢和H13钢在600℃和650℃下的热稳定性能。利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了SDCM钢在热稳定性试验中的微观组织变化。结果表明:SDCM钢较H13钢热稳定性更好;随着保温时间增加,钢中位错密度降低,且钢硬度与位错密度有直接关系;SDCM钢中VC保持稳定,主要析出M23C6碳化物。
Thermal Stability of SDCM and H13 hot work tool steel at 600 ℃ and 650 ℃ was studied. The microstructure evolution of SDCM during tempering was investigated by means of OM, SEM and XRD. The results showed that SDCM steel showed better temper resistance than H13 steel. With tempering time increasing, the decease of dislocation density in SDCM was consistent with the decrease of its hardness. During tempering, VC carbide in SDCM remained steadily and the main precipitate was M23C6.
