摘要 介绍了高炉铜冷却壁损坏后的维护措施,包括安装金属软管、微型冷却器和冷却壁更换技术。也介绍了有利于炉缸渣皮形成的操作技术,以及近年开发的使用含钛物料延长炉缸寿命的新技术。 Maintenance countermeasures for defective copper stave of blast furnace were introduced, which include installing flexible pipe, cigar cooler, and replacing stave. Some operational technologies available for skull formation and new technologies of using titanium bearing material for prolonging hearth life were also presented.
