硝普钠、硝酸甘油联合银杏达莫注射液治疗高血压脑病的临床疗效

Effect of sodium nitroprusside, nitroglycerin combined with ginkgo leaf extract dipyridamole injection on hypertensive encephalopathy

目的总结探讨硝普钠、硝酸甘油、银杏达莫注射液联合给药在高血压脑病治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2011年3月至2012年12月期间郑州市第七人民医院收治的60例高血压脑病患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组患者在高血压疾病常规治疗的基础上应用硝普钠药物治疗，观察组患者在高血压疾病常规治疗的基础上应用硝普钠、硝酸甘油、银杏达莫注射液等联合治疗，观察比较两组患者血压变化及临床疗效。结果治疗后，两组患者的收缩压及舒张压均下降显著，组内比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗1、2h后收缩压及舒张压水平低于对照组对应时间段的血压水平，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗总有效率（96．67％）明显高于对照组（76．67％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论硝普钠与硝酸甘油、银杏达莫注射液联合治疗高血压脑病的临床效果很好，能有效控制血压，提高疗效，值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate and summarize the clinical efficacy of sodium nitroprusside, nitroglycerin combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on hypertensive encephalopathy. Methods Sixty patients with hypertensive encephalopathy in the seventh people＇s hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2011 to December 2012 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with sodium nitroprusside besides conventional treatment, and the observation group were treated with sodium nitroprusside, nitroglycerin combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection besides conventional treatment. The blood pressure and clinical curative effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, systolic blood pres- sure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups of patients were decreased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after 1 h, 2 h treatment in observation group were lower than those in control group （P 〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the observation group （96. 67% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （76. 67%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The clinical efficacy of sodium nitroprusside, nitroglycerin combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on hypertensive encephalopathy is good, it can effectively control blood pressure and improve the curative effect, so it is worthy of being promoted.
