非酒精性脂肪肝病100例临床诊治体会

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

目的探讨非酒精性脂肪肝病（NAFLD）的影响因素和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析大同市第四人民医院2011年3月至2013年3月收治的100例NAFLD患者的临床资料，通过多种检测方法分析NAFLD的影响因素，观察盐酸二甲双胍联合左卡尼汀治疗的疗效。结果NAFLD患者大多具有以下至少一种症状：原发性高血压、肥胖、心脑血管疾病、高血脂、糖尿病、不良生活习惯，治疗后临床总有效率为96．0％。结论NAFLD是由多种因素引起的疾病，通过相应的治疗可以有效减轻脂肪肝的程度，具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）and treatment method. Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 100 patients with NAFLD from March 2011 to March 2013, and analyzed the influencing factors of NAFLD through a variety of detection methods, using metformin hydrochloride combined 1-camitine treatment to observe the treatment effect. Results Most of patients with NAFLD has the following one or more of these symptoms ： high blood pressure, obesity, cardiovascular disease, high cholesterol, diabetes ; Or have bad habits. After treatment, the clinical total effective rate was 96.0% . Conclusions NAFLD is caused by many factors of disease, the appropriate treatment can effectively reduce the degree of fatty liver, has high clinical value.
