高敏C反应蛋白水平和颈动脉内膜-中层厚度在动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者中的意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白水平和颈动脉内膜-中层厚度在动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者中的临床意义。方法回顾分析2013-10—2014-12在我院神经内科就诊的发病72h以内的122例脑梗死患者的临床资料。根据既往是否有2型糖尿病分为糖尿病组及非糖尿病组,应用颈动脉超声检测颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(carotid intima-media thickness,CIMT),入院时同时检测患者高敏C反应蛋白(high sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)及糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)水平。了解CIMT和hs-CRP水平在急性脑梗死合并2型糖尿病患者中的变化,探讨hs-CRP与FBG及HbA1c之间的相关性。结果急性脑梗死合并糖尿病组CIMT和hs-CRP水平均明显高于非糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急性脑梗死患者FBG与血清hs-CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.479,P<0.000 1),HbA1c与血清hs-CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.410,P<0.000 1)。结论 CIMT和hs-CRP均可以预测2型糖尿病对脑梗死患者动脉粥样硬化的损害程度。
