冠切双额前颅底扩展入路治疗前颅底内外沟通性肿瘤

摘要 2009-10-2014-08我院10例前颅底颅内外沟通肿瘤采用冠切双额前颅底扩展入路,并采用＂三明治法＂重建颅底,效果满意,现报道如下。1对象与方法：.1一般资料本组患者男3例,女7例;年龄45-63岁,平均51岁。复发肿瘤3例,首次手术7例。临床常见的症状为嗅觉丧失3例,头部不适3例,视力下降2例,眼球突出1例,无症状体检发现1例。1.2手术方法本组均采用冠切双额前颅底扩展入路,
