Alternation of Serious Leisure and Tourism Experience

讨论了深度休闲与旅游体验的可替代性,即两者具有等同性质。在不否认旅游体验很重要的前提下,认为异地性与暂时性规定了旅游的体验特征,而体验又构成了旅游研究的核心基础。从学术质疑角度讨论了旅游体验的负影响,讨论了深度休闲与旅游体验的异同所在,认为深度休闲至少可以部分地替代旅游体验,如此可在包含休闲在内的更广泛的视野中去认识旅游,可持续化发展旅游,丰富旅游基础理论内涵,提升基础理论研究的应用价值。

This paper studies the alternation of serious leisure and tourism experience in that they share similar features. On the basis of not denying the importance of tourism experience,the paper holds the view that nonresident and temporality define the experience feature of tourism,and experience constitutes the core foundation of tourism research. However,from the perspective of academic skepticism,the paper discusses the negative influence of tourism experience,believing that a good experience is not only related to the experience itself,also depends on the attitudes of the tourists towards life and their responsibilities in life. The similarities and differences between serious leisure and tourism experience are also explored. It is argued that serious leisure can at least partially replace tourism experience. The study aims to broaden peoples＇ mind in the understanding of tourism,promote the sustainable development of tourism,enrich the contents of tourism theory and enhance the application value of theoretical research.
