认为新时期高校学生党员发展面临的新变化直接影响了党员发展质量。分析了当前学生党员发展质量存在的主要问题,提出要围绕党员发展的主要环节,从源头关、入口关、转正关、教育关、输出关等方面加强制度机制建设,夯实党员发展基础。

The new changes in the recruitment of student Party members have a direct impact on the quality of student Party members in the new era. This paper analyzes problems in the recruitment of student Party members and proposes that the construction of the system and the fundamental recruitment of Party members should be strengthened at different stages.
