Localization translation has become the mainstream of translation activities under the GILT industry. How to train the professional localization translation talents to satisfy the needs of localization is the key for Dalian city to keep a fast and prosperous development of economy. It is of great necessity and emergency to train translation talents in universities,and therefore how to propose reasonable and effective strategies of training these talents has become a serious issue for university educators.
