摘要
风电齿轮磨削加工是整个齿轮加工过程中的最后一道加工工序,也是最为关键的一道加工工序,其磨削加工质量直接影响齿轮箱的整体质量。本文针对3 MW风电齿轮箱二级太阳轮磨削裂纹进行理化检验和分析。采用外观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、热处理工艺分析等方法对磨削裂纹产生的原因进行了分析。结合分析结果得出预留空刀量和粗磨进给量的大小是引发裂纹的显著因子。
Gear grinding is the last process of the wind power gear machining process, also, it is the key work- ing process, and the grinding quality directly affect the gear box overall quality. In this paper, Grinding cracks of gear two stage solar wheel for 3MW wind power gear box are physical-chemical inspected and analyzed. Cause of grinding cracks is analyzed by using surface analysis, chemical composition analysis, metallographic a- nalysis, heat treatment process analysis, and so on. According to the analysis results, it is obtained that the preset gap and coarse grinding feed are key factors of the cracks.
