摘要
利用ANSYS软件的模态分析功能,对一种盾构机减速器的箱体进行了约束模态的有限元分析,得到了箱体的前8阶固有频率及相应振型,与该盾构机减速器箱体实际工作频率进行对比,验证该减速器箱体设计的合理性。对箱体结构进行优化,减少箱体的体积(质量),对结构变化后的箱体进行模态反馈分析,得出前8阶固有频率及相应振型,研究箱体在结构改变后对其固有频率的影响以及发生共振的可能性,指出箱体在结构优化中应该注意的问题。
By using modal analysis function of ANSYS software, a constraint finite element modal analysis for a shield machine reducer box is carried out, and get the first 8 natural frequencies and corresponding vibration shapes. By comparing with the reducer box working frequencies, its design rationality is verified. Afterwards, the box structure is optimized and volume (quality) is cut down. Then analyzed a feedback mode of the opti- mized box, get the first 8 natural frequencies and corresponding vibration shapes again, these results are illus- trated with effect of changing the box structure on its natural frequency and the resonance possibility. Finally these problems which should be paid attention to in optimizing the box structural are pointed.
