军队野战卫生装备实力动态管理系统设计与开发

Design and development of dynamic management system of field medical equipment

目的:设计和开发军队野战卫生装备实力动态管理系统。方法:采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)模式,以My Eclipse6.5GA为开发平台,Oracle10g为后台数据库,结合Spring+Hibernate+Struts整合框架技术,在军队互联网环境下实现系统的各项功能。结果:应用军队野战卫生装备实力动态管理系统,能够提出野战卫生装备实力数据,包括野战卫生装备基本信息与质量信息,实现了野战卫生装备实力的动态数字化管理。结论:该系统的应用提高了当前军队野战卫生装备的质量管理水平,满足了分布式办公需求,建立了各相关部门之间的快捷通道,使传统静态的野战卫生装备实力会审模式转化为数字化的野战卫生装备实力动态管理。

Objective To design and develop a dynamic management system of field medical equipment. Methods The system was designed based on Browser/Server mode, which adopted oracle as the database server, My Eclipse as developing software and Struts ＋Spring ＋Hibernate integration framework to achieve all system functions in military network. Results The system might implement digital dynamic management of field medical equipment strength data composed of basic information and quality information. Conclusion The system improves field medical equipment quality control,distributed office and intercommunication of corresponding departments, and realize field medical equipment digital dynamic management instead of static one.
