组织多普勒技术评价高血压患者血压控制水平对左室心肌结构及运动的影响 被引量:1

Evaluation of the Impact of Blood Pressure Level on the Left Ventricle Movement of Hypertension Patients with Tissue-doppler Imaging

摘要 目的运用组织多普勒技术(TDI)比较高血压患者血压控制水平对左室心肌运动的影响。方法对20例高血压降压达标者,20例降压不达标者以及20例健康对照进行超声心动图检测,运用脉冲多普勒(PDW)及TDI比较三组间在左室结构及运动功能方面的差异。结果高血压患者左室结构及舒张运动功能均与健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且高血压不降压达标组在左室心肌多节段舒张早期运动速度(Em)、舒张晚期速度(Am)以及Em/Am方面明显高于降压不达标组。结论血压控制水平对高血压患者左室心肌舒张功能有重要影响。 Objective To evaluate the impact of blood presure control level on the left ventriclemovement and structure remodeling of the hypertension patients with tissue-doppler imaging. Methods Forty hypertension patients( 20 with standard blood pressure level and 20 with substandard level) and 20 healthy subjects were enrolled and both pulse-doppler and tissue-doppler imaging were adopted to evaluate the structure and movement of the left ventricle. Results There was a significant difference in the left ventricle structure and diastolic function between hypertension patients and the healthy subjects( P〈0. 05),and hypertension patients with substandard blood pressure level suffered a lowerearly diastolic velocities( Ve) and late diastolic velocities( Va) comparing with the ones with standard blood pressure level in the different segments of left ventricle,besides,the ratio of Ve / Va was also distinctively different between the two groups of patients. Conclusion Blood pressure level impacts left ventricle diastolic function significantly and well-controlled blood pressure that may help to postpone the left ventricle remodeling and diastolic disfunction in hypertension patients.
