老年偏瘫侧髋关节置换术后脱位预防措施探讨

Discussion on the Measure of Prevention in Elderly Hemiplegic side of Dislocation after Hip Arthroplasty

目的探讨老年偏瘫侧人工髋关节置换术预防脱位的措施。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年8月老年人偏瘫侧髋部骨折接受人工髋关节置换的患者12例,其中男4例,女8例,年龄67~95岁;人工股骨头置换10例,人工全髋关节置换2例。结果全部病例均得到随访,最长6年,最短6个月。术后脱位2例。结论人工髋关节置换术治疗老年偏瘫侧髋部骨折时要注意手术适应症的选择、术中的手术技巧及术后的护理、康复,以防止术后脱位。

Objective To investigate the elderly hemiplegic hip arthroplasty dislocation prevention measures. Methods A retrospective analysis 12 cases accepting hip arthroplasty in January 2008 to August 2013 of elderly hemiplegic hip fracture cases,4 were male and 8 female,age ranged from 67 ~ 95 years old; 10 cases of artificial femoral head replacement,2 cases of total hip arthroplasty. Results All the cases were followed up,the longest last 6 years,the shortest 6 months. There were 2 cases of dislocation after operation. Conclusion For using hip arthroplasty to treat the elderly hemiplegic side hip fracture,attention should be paid the operation indication selection、skills in operation and the rehabilitation and nursing after operation,to prevent postoperative dislocation.
