摘要
目的降低中药调剂差错率。方法成立品管圈,按品管圈活动10个步骤的要求组织圈员讨论,选定主题为降低中药房调剂内差。对活动前调配差错进行统计,分析归纳出现差错的原因,制定出针对性的措施。结果推行品管圈活动明显降低了配方调配差错率,目标达标率达到102.7%,实际目标改善率76%;圈员解决问题能力、责任心、沟通能力、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、品管手法和和谐度方面均为正向成长。结论通过品管圈活动,降低调配差错率,培养了药师解决问题的能力,增强药师的集体凝聚力,确保中药药物治疗安全、有效。
Objective To reduce the errors of dispensing traditional Chinese medicine( TCM). Methods Quality control circle( QCC) was set up and various activities were carried out according to 10 steps of QCC. The theme was selected as to compare the error rate of dispensing TCM. The errors was statistically summarized to find the reasons and the relevant measures were developed to reduce the errors before the QCC activities. Results The implementation of QCC can significantly reduce the error rate in dispensing TCM. The success rate of target was 102. 7% with progress rate of 76%. The solving the question ability,responsibility,communication skill,self-confidence,team cohesion,enthusiasm,quality control methods and harmonious degree of the circle. members were positive growth. Conclusion By QCC,the reduced error rate of dispensing TCM ensures safety and effective clinical medication. And the ability to solve problems of personnel is improved with the enhanced sense of group cohesiveness.
