摘要
为掌握助推对薄壁304不锈钢管绕弯成形质量的影响规律,基于ABAQUS软件建立了薄壁不锈钢管绕弯成形三维有限元模型,通过理论计算推导出了助推速度的参考值和压块最小压力值,并在此基础上研究了助推速度和压块压力对成形质量的影响,同时进行了实验验证。结果表明:压块压力存在敏感值,当压块压力小于敏感值时,助推速度对壁厚和褶皱没有明显的影响;当压块压力大于等于敏感值时,管材内外侧壁厚随着助推速度的增加而增大,而当助推速度大于参考值时,出现了明显的褶皱。助推速度和压块压力对回弹的影响不明显。实验证明,该方法能显著提高管材成形质量。
To study the influence of boosting on rotary draw bending for stainless steel thin-walled circular tube,a 3DFEM is established based on the platform of ABAQUS,and the minimum pressure and reference value of boost speed are theoretically deduced.The effects of the boosting speed and pressure are studied.The results show that there exists a sensitive value of pressure.If the pressure of pressure die is smaller than the sensitive value,the influence of the boosting on wall thickness and wrinkle is inconspicuous;else,the wall thickness increases with the increasing of the boosting speed,and the wrinkle becomes obvious as the boosting speed is greater than the reference value.The effect of boost on springback is inconspicuous.
