摘要
基于DYNAFORM软件分析平台构建有限元模型,对单道次渐进成形和冲压圆孔翻边过程进行数值模拟,对比分析两者成形力、应变和厚度的变化与分布及成形极限图;研究了成形轨迹等高线轨迹和螺旋线轨迹、螺旋线升角和成形工具直径等工艺参数对成形过程的影响。结果表明,渐进成形翻边过程的成形性较好,其变形特点不同于冲压翻边。采用螺旋线轨迹,选择合理的升角和成形工具直径可提高成形能力和成形质量。
The finite element model was established based on software DYNAFORM.The processes of hole-flanging by single stage incremental forming and press-working were simulated to analyze the change and distribution of forming force,strain and thickness.The influence of processing parameters such as forming trajectories(contour and spiral trajectory),spiral angle and forming tool diameter on forming processes was studied.The numerical results indicate that the formability of incremental holeflanging is better and its deformation characteristics are different from those of the conventional flanging;Adopting the spiral trajectory and selecting reasonable spiral angle and forming tool diameter can improve the forming ability and the forming quality.
