摘要 为实现矩形截面管件液压成形时圆角填充和厚度均匀分布,设计了3种矩形截面并采用刚性模的预成形方案;利用LS-DYNA软件进行了数值仿真计算,并在最终液压成形工序时继承了预成形工序的仿真结果,以期获得准确的圆角充填结果和厚度分布规律。结果表明,长边内凹、短边平直的预成形方案可保证减薄率低于10%,其直边与圆角过渡段厚度分布最为均匀且容易实现。经实验验证,相对其他预成形方案,长边内凹、短边平直的方案最优。 To achieve the required rectangular section with uniform thickness distribution by hydroforming,three preforming methods by rigid mould are designed to fit the final process.Numerical simulation by the software LS-DYNA has been utilized to imitate the real experiments.With two-step computing,the numerical simulation brought the simulation results of preforming into the following hydroforming process to get the reliable rectangular filling results and thickness distribution regularities.The data resulted from simulation of each design has been figured out and compared to the consequence of a normal preforming design.A realizable preforming design for tube hydroforming with rectangular sections is presented and recommended,which kept the maximum of the thickness reduction lower than 10% and the thickness of the special area from the straight side to the corner point well-distributed.The experiment verified the simulation results.
