钢铁联合企业主要生产工序能量热分析与㶲分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过采用热分析和分析法对国内典型钢铁企业烧结、焦化、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等主要生产工序进行能耗分析,得出了各工序的损失与热损失数量及分布情况。针对各工序的传热、燃烧、物料及散热等损失比例,分别提出了采用原料预热及炉体保温等减少传热温差、采用余热锅炉回收烟气及热物料余热、采用富氧燃烧及增大接触面积提高理论燃烧温度、采用直接热利用方式回收蒸汽余热等降低损失的方法。该研究结果可为钢铁联合企业的能源系统优化及节能减排提供可靠的设计依据。 With energy and thermal analysis, the energy consumption in main production processes such as sintering, coking, iron making, steel making, steel rolling in typical domestic iron and steel complex is ana- lyzed, the amount and distribution of energy and heat loss in various processes is concluded. According to the energy loss rates in heat transfer, burning, materials and supplies, and heat radiation in various processes, the following methods are proposed out to reduce the energy loss: adopting raw materials preheating and holding furnace body temperature to reduce temperature difference in heat transfer, adopting waste heat boiler to recover waste heat from gas and hot materials, adopting oxygen enriched combustion and increasing con- tact area to raise the theoretical burning temperature, adopting direct heat utilization to recover waste heat in steam. This research can offer a reliable design reference for energy resource system optimization and energy - saving and discharge - reducing of iron and steel complex.
