摘要
氧化铁皮的去除方法主要有化学酸洗和机械剥离两种,而机械剥离主要采用抛丸技术。介绍了抛丸技术的工作原理,对M2高速钢盘条抛丸前后的表面和性能做了对比研究。研究表明,抛丸后的盘条氧化铁皮基本去除干净,盘型和表面均得到有效的改善,抛丸对脱碳层的影响不大。抛丸后硬度增加约30 HV,硬度影响层约0.08 mm。抛丸后盘条的抗拉强度增加8.59 M Pa,断面收缩率减小10.26%。后续拉拔验证抛丸后的M2高速钢盘条能够满足拉拔要求。
There are two main methods to eliminate scale: chemical pickling and mechanical stripping, and the latter mostly adopts ball blast. It is introduced the principle of ball blast technique, compared and re- searched the surface and property of M2 high speed steel before and after blasting. It is showed from research that the scale on wire bar is basically eliminated after ball blasting, wire bar shape and surface all are im- proved, and blasting has little effect on decarburization layer. After blasting, the hardness of wire bar is in- creased by about 30 HV, hardness affecting layer thickness is about 0.08 mm, tension strength increased by 8.59 MPa, cross -section area reduction rate reduced by 10.26%. It is proved to be able to meet demand for drawing in the following drawing test.
