摘要 分析了首钢京唐钢铁公司550 m2烧结机单辊导料槽耐磨料斗脱落、耐磨梁变形的原因,并提出了改进措施。一是将导料槽斜面用三氧化二铝耐火浇注料进行浇筑,起到隔热和支撑作用;二是采用通水降温措施;三是表面焊接马氏体耐热钢,使耐磨梁的温度控制在300℃以下,维持较高的磨损性能,提高了作业率和使用寿命,为烧结高产稳产和节约成本创造了条件。 It is analyzed the reason for the wear - resistant hopper dropped and wear - resistant beam deforma- tion in single - roll skirt plate of 550 m^2 sintering machine of Jingtang Company, and proposed some impro- ving measures: first, casting the inclined plane of skirt plate with Al2O3 refractory casting materials to insu- late heat and support; second, adopting water cooling measures ; then third, welding martensite heat - resist- ant steel on the surface to control the temperature of wear - resistant beam keeping below 300 ℃. All of these guarantee a high wear - resistant ability, improve operating rate and prolong work life of the skirt plate, create a condition for high output and saving cost.
