改善GCr15轴承钢钢水可浇性实践

摘要 介绍了GCr15轴承钢的特性及荣钢冶炼该钢种的工艺路线、主要设备参数。针对开发前期存在钢水浇铸过程中发生严重水口结瘤现象进行了工艺优化。通过提高初炼炉出钢碳含量,配加适当铝;调整精炼渣系;加强保温;减少过程成分调整次数;控制钢液出钢至浇铸成坯铝含量变化;保护浇铸等措施,保证了产品理化性能,解决了水口结瘤问题,提升了GCr15轴承钢品质。 It is introduced the characteristic of GCr15 bearing steel as well as the process and main equipments parameters to smelt it in Rong Steel. The process is optimized to solve the serious nozzle scaffolding in mol- ten steel casting during earlier stage of development: increasing carbon content in tapping in earlier smelting period and appropriately adding aluminum, adjusting refining slag system, strengthening holding, reducing adjusting times of composition in process, controlling aluminum content change from tapping to casting into billet, adopting protected casting. With these measures, the physical and chemical properties of products is guaranteed, the nozzle scaffolding solved, the quality of GCr15 bearing steel raised.
