摘要
针对河北钢铁技术研究总院中试基地10 k V供电系统存在的负荷冲击性大,轧机传动、感应炉熔炼过程中存在大量的谐波,功率因数低等问题,选择安装了静止型无功补偿器(SVG)。投运后,10 k V系统的功率因数由0.7提升为0.95,并且对谐波进行了治理,改善了系统配电质量。
A static reactive power compensator is selected and installed in the pilot base of the institute to solve the problems of the 10 kV power supply system: large load shock, large quantity of harmonic wave in processes of mill driving and smelting of induction furnace, low power factor. After it put into operation, the power factor of 10 kV system rises form 0.7 to 0.95, harmonic got treated, power distribution quality im- proved.
