中等收入人口定位的收入比区间法

Method of Income Proportion Space for Middle income Earner Localization

为准确定位中等收入人口,在分析洛伦兹曲线和贫富分界点的基础上,以人口收入占总收入比例来描述中等收入人口。提出了中等收入人口定位的收入比区间法,先利用非线性最小二乘拟合洛伦兹曲线,计算出贫富分界点,然后确定经过两极分化指数修正的中等收入比区间,进而计算中等收入水平及人口,给出了算法步骤。A,B两地区的定位结果表明,用收入比描述中等收入人口符合经济学规律,收入比区间法能有效定位和度量中等收入人口。全国城镇居民中等收入定位结果表明,中等收入人口的比例在下降,收入水平在增加,收入分配的公平性得到了改善。

Based on the analysis of Lorenz curve and the cut-off wealth position, we de fine the middle-income earner by the in- come proportion in the GNP. Method of income proportion space for middle-income earner localization is proposed. Lorenz curve is estimated with the method by nonlinear least squares fitting and the cut-off wealth position is figured out in the first place. The in- come proportion of middle-income earners modified by polarization index is then determined. Then, we can easily calculate the me- dium income and the middle-income population. Steps of the algorithm are put forward. Analysis and calculation results show that the proposed middle-income earner definition is in accordance with the law of economics and common value orientation and the pro- posed method can effectively locate and measure the middle-income earners, making up the deficiencies of the income space meth- od and the population space method. We also have estimated the middle-income earner of urban residents. The results show that there is a decline in the proportion of the middle-income earner, an increase in income level, and an improvement in the fairness of income distribution.
