面向缺陷的木材锯切优选加工的智能排样算法 被引量:6

摘要 针对现有木材锯切加工中浪费严重、自动化程度低等问题,以单缺陷木材为研究对象,研究加工中省料的智能排样算法。将木材表面图像经过数字图像技术处理后得到其缺陷信息,围绕不同位置的缺陷给出了五种典型较优的排样布局方法,经算法对比得出单缺陷木材排样问题的最优解,借助编程软件完成软件开发,直观清晰,可以指导工人在线加工,大幅度地提高木材优选锯切加工的自动化水平。 In view of the problem of serious waste and low degree of automation in existing wood sawing processing, this paper states the material-saving intelligent nesting algorithm in the object of the wood with single defect. After the wood surface image is processed by digital image technology, the defect information is obtained. Aimed at the defects in different positions, this paper lists five typical and preferred nesting methods. By comparison, the best solution to nesting wood with single defects is found out. The software was developed based on the programming platform, which is visual and clear. This algorithm guides the workers in online processing and improves the automation level substantially in the wood sawing processing.
