摘要
裂解开纤是制备长竹纤维的主要方法,目前尚未实现机械化加工。本文根据裂解开纤原理设计了开纤机械装置,加工获得竹纤维,精细化处理后进行性能测试。结果如下:竹纤维长度为25~80cm;细度为12~28dtex;平均断裂力达到5.5c N/dtex;弹性模量为3.226GPa。该方法制得的竹纤维初步达到纺织用纤维的要求。
Cracking open-bamboo is the most important way to preparing long bamboo fiber, and this method pushed forward the development of bamboo fiber process of preparing. Open-bamboo mechine were designed based on open- bamboo theory and the bamboo fiber after fine treatment were tested and investigated.The result shows that: the length of bamboo fiber is 25-80em, the finess of bamboo fiber is 12~28dtex, the average fracture strength of bamboo fiber reached 5.5 cN/dtex.Its elastic modulus is 3.226GPa. The bamboo fiber has been made by this method met the requirments of textile fibers.
