劳动人口具有主观能动性的空间流动,是区域要素优化配置的第一大动力。人力资源的空间优化在特定时期对于打破经济成长瓶颈具有重大的战略意义。前瞻中国经济成长,应当从人口与土地的空间配置政策优化改革入手,以获得宏观持续的国家发展能力。
This parper analyzes moderate labor of employee in labor relations, and the different forming mechanism and features. Compares with traditional passive overwork, the forming process of overwork in modern enterprise organization is more complex, and moderate labor has a series new characteristics. Democratic labor relations is the way of realizing moderate labor and controlling overwork effectively.
